Privacy & enquiries

This website introduces BodyDecode and records requests for demonstrations and purchase quotes.

Information you provide

The enquiry forms collect your name, work email, clinic or organization, country, message and selected configuration. We store your consent and an enquiry reference with the submission. These details are used to review and respond to your request.

Please do not include patient names, photographs, medical records or other sensitive clinical information in these forms. This marketing website does not perform body analysis.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database for the site operator to review. The forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can request correction or deletion by submitting an enquiry with your original reference; please provide only the details needed to identify it.

Demonstrations and illustrations

Recorded demonstrations show the supplied application footage. Product, interface and consultation renderings are illustrative. Measurements, AI findings and appearance simulations support professional review and do not guarantee outcomes.

Purchases and payment

A quote request is not an order. Price, product configuration, software terms, usage allowances, taxes, shipping, delivery, returns, warranty and support must be confirmed before purchase. If online payment is enabled, you continue to an approved payment provider. This website does not collect or store payment-card details. We store the selected configuration, agreed terms, amount, currency, payment-provider reference and verified payment status, selected monthly plan and subscription status. Monthly access renews until cancelled; hardware is a separate one-time purchase. Before checkout, this website collects and stores your recipient name, contact email, shipping address and installation choice to calculate delivery charges and tax. We send the required purchase and shipping details to Stripe or PayPal, which collects your payment and billing details. An essential, secure browser cookie lets you view your order confirmation.

Technical information

The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Videos and images are served as website assets. Enquiry details are not placed in browser storage.
